“Looking At The Factors That Make Your Grief Journey Uniquely Yours”. “I know just how you feel” is one of the most inappropriate comments people can make after your spouse has died. He/she was your spouse, not theirs. This grief is your grief, not theirs. While there certainly are common elements among those who are grieving, in this meeting we will talk about a number of factors that make your grief unique from everyone else’s. We will look especially at how women and men grieve differently and how those differences affect the grief journey. Facilitated by Kathy Van Stensel and Jim Van Stensel.
